10 Tips for a Great University Experience
Make sure you have all the necessary paperwork, including your Saint Mary’s acceptance letter and your passport. Be sure to make copies of your documents and keep them separate from your originals.
Try to book your flight so that you arrive early enough to settle in before classes start.

Don’t worry too much about bringing the right clothes. If you don’t have everything that you need, you can always buy more once you arrive.
Make sure you have enough cash to get started. But don’t carry too much—although Halifax is a safe city, it’s never a good idea to carry large amounts of money. Consider having a family member send you the rest of your money through your online banking.
